A BETA PARTY
PSYCHONAUTS and MATT FLINT from Death In Vegas are among the stars performing a free DJ set at HEAVENLY SOCIAL tonight (June 9), rounding off a week of birthday celebrations at the legendary LONDON club.

The infamous celebrity hangout for the coolest and most notorious figures in rock, soul and techno, the Social - which was hosted DJ sets in the last year by such luminaries as Chemical Brothers, Richard Fearless, Shack, Bentley Rhythm Ace, Annie Nightingale and Andrew Weatherall - moved to new premises at Little Portland Street in June last year.

The club was originally held in The Albany pub in Great Portland Street, and flitted through Turnmills and Smithfields before opening as a bar in its current home.

There have been celebrations all week, and the party continues tomorrow night with Goldstar and St Etienne, while The Beta Band Sound System take the decks on Sunday to wind the party up, with live MC from Exodus 77. The whole of Beta Band will be in attendance, but will be Djing rather than playing live.
