LOCALS GET DEF!

AMPLIFIER have been confirmed as the support act for the DEFTONES' gig at the MANCHESTER APOLLO on June 4.


The Manchester based band, signed to Music For Nations, have just finished mixing their debut album with Chris Sheldon, who has previously worked with Feeder and [a][/a]. The album is due to be mastered shortly at Abbey Road and is scheduled for release this September.


As reported in NME, the Deftones asked local bands to send in demos for the opportunity to play as the support acts for their Manchesterr, London and Glasgow shows.
