In a week where the Top Five are all set to be new entries, the girls are seeing off competition from Ronan Keating and Missy Elliott...

DESTINY'S CHILD look set to become this week's Number One single, in a week when the Top Five are likely to all be new entries.

Destiny's Child's new single 'Survivor' has sold over 41,000 copies so far this week, and is on course to become the new Number One.

In addition, four more new singles look set to shake-up the Top Ten. Ronan Keating's 'Lovin' Each Day' is currently at Number Two, Missy Elliott's 'Get UR Freak On' is at Number Three, O-Town's 'Liquid Dreams' is at Number Four, and Madonna's 'What It Feels Like For A Girl' is at Number Five.

A chart expert at HMV in London told NME.COM that to have five singles do so well in the same week was "rare" at this time of year. He added: "Usually at peak trading periods later in the year that can happen, but in April you wouldn't normally expect it."

The new releases have pushed current Number One, Emma Bunton's 'What Took You So Long?' down to Number Eight, while Shaggy's 'It Wasn't Me' and Gabrielle's 'Out Of Reach' are at Number's Six and Seven respectively.

Visit NME.COM on Sunday evening for the full Top 100 singles charts, the second they're released at 7pm UK time.
