DIDO THOUGH, DON'T THEY?

BACKSTREET BOYS, BB MAK and NELLY all release singles today (February 12), but the main battle for this Sunday's (February 18) Number One spot is likely to be between DIDO and JAKATTA.

Female singer/songwriter Dido has seen her career go into orbit after being sampled on Eminem's single 'Stan'. Today she releases 'Here With Me' via Arista.

A chart expert at HMV said that the track, along with 'American Dream' by Jakatta, are likely to be the week's highest new entries. He commented: "Jakatta may even go in at Number One, with Dido at either Number Two or Three."

Other anticipated high new entries in the charts this coming Sunday (February 18) come from Backstreet Boys, who release 'The Call' via Jive, BB Mak, who releases 'Back Here' via Telstar, and Nelly, who releases 'E.I.' via Universal.
