Ween pull out of United States Of ATP

But there's an able replacement

Ween pull out of United States Of ATP

Ween have pulled out of next year’s mini-festival The United States of ATP.

The band have pulled their date for “personal reasons”, and will be replaced by Dinosaur Jr.

Organisers say if you have bought tickets to Weekend Two on the understanding Ween were curating and wish to receive a refund, you are able to do so through the ticket outlet through which you purchased your ticket until January 5.

Alternatively, you are also able to exchange your tickets to Weekend One until this same date or as long as they are available.

Devendra Banhart, Mudhoney and Yeah Yeah Yeahs will perform and curate a day during the first weekend of the event (May 12-14), whilst the second leg (May 19-21) will see The Shins, Sleater-Kinney and now Dinosaur Jr putting on their favourites.

The list of confirmed bands is as follows:

Weekend One:
Mudhoney, Black Mountain, The Scientists, The Drones, Country Teasers, Comets on Fire, David Dondero

Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV on The Radio, Ex-Models, Celebration, Blood Brothers, The Liars, Imaginary Folk, Tall Boys

Devendra Banhart, Espers, Vetiver, Bat for Lashes, The Metallic Falcons, Jana Hunter

Weekend Two:
The Shins, New Pornographers
Sleater Kinney, The Gossip, David Cross (MC)
Dinosaur Jr

The United States Of ATP is set to take place at Camber Sands, and tickets are priced £125, which includes a three-day festival pass and accommodation.
