Dirty Pretty Things have topped the NME Chart for 2006 with ’Bang Bang You’re Dead’.

The Carl Barat-led band beat Arctic Monkeys, who get the Number Two position in the end of year chart with ’When The Sun Goes Down’.

Kasabian get the Number Three position with ’Empire’.
