Disclosure have announced plans to put on a special series of one-day festivals.

The dance duo's Wild Life events will see the pair perform alongside a host of friends, DJs and artists, according to a statement on their Facebook page. The first one will be at the Greek Theater in Berkeley, California (April 16) and the second will take place at Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago (June 11). More locations will be announced in the coming weeks.

Acts lined up for the shows are Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin Music Page, Joey Bada$$, Green Velvet, George FitzGerald, Kaytranada and Bishop Nehru.

The events look similar to The xx's Night & Day events, which saw the band curating one-day festivals in unusual locations in Lisbon, Berlin and London last year (2013).

Disclosure's statement reads: "Wild Life is going to be a series of very special shows, that we will play at, along with friends, DJs and artists that we admire most within music. It's something we will be taking all over the world, doing both one-off unique shows and events, while also bringing it to some of our favourite established festivals and clubs."

Disclosure will perform at the Brit Awards in London later this month (February 19). The pair are up for four awards at the ceremony, including Best British Group, British Breakthrough Act, and Album Of The Year for their debut LP 'Settle'. Lorde is up for Best International Solo Artist.
