Dizzee Rascal has replaced Snoop Dogg on the bill at this April's Snowbombing festival in Austria.

The UK rapper will be performing in the Eristoff Forest at the festival in the town of Mayrhofen. Of his upcoming performance, Dizzee Rascal says: "I can't wait to get back to Snowbombing, the last time was wicked but this time will be even better headlining the Forest stage. I've got a few new ones to try out on you and this time I'm actually going to learn to snowboard!"

Snoop Dogg was originally meant to be performing in Snowbombing's outdoor woodland arena, which has in previous years seen sets from The Prodigy, Madness and De La Soul, but recently cancelled his forthcoming European tour and pulled out of Snowbombing 2012 at the same time.

The yearly snowboarding and music festival will take place from April 9-14 and will see sets from The Vaccines, Example, DJ Shadow and Jungle Brothers as well as the Fatboy Slim Street Party and DJs including Chase and Status, Zane Lowe and Skream. For more information visit Snowbombing.com.

Dizzee Rascal will also headline this summer's Splendour festival in Nottingham as well as Wakestock in Cardigan Bay in Abersoch, Wales.
