EAST LONDON BELONGS TO CRAZE

DJ Craze has emerged as the DMC/TECHNICS WORLD DJ CHAMPION for a record-breaking third time running.

The championship event took place at the Millennium Dome in London over September 23rd and 24th . DJ Craze emerged victorious in both the individual and team championships, pipping the UK's Scratch Perverts to the post in his partnership with A-Trek. However, taking the stage with his family to collect his prize of a pair of solid gold Technics decks, he promptly announced his retirement from any future scratch competitions.

"Battles take up a lot of time," he explained. "I'll still be doing crazy battle stuff, just more on the production side. My motivation was always making music."

1st - DJ Craze (USA)

2nd - DJ Dexta (Australia)

3rd - Mr Thing (UK)
