LEGENDS JOIN THE KRUSH

Japan's DJ KRUSH has revealed that he has been working with jazz legend HERBIE HANCOCK and disco diva
CHAKA KHAN.

Speaking to NME.COM, Krush, dubbed the "Godfather of abstract hiphop", said: "Herbie Hancock is coming out with a new album, and so I did a remix of the first single coming out featuring Chaka Khan."

Krush, meanwhile, releases his new album 'Zen' today through Columbia. The record, the follow-up to last year's mix album 'Code4109' features collaborations with N'Dea Davenport, ?uestlove from The Roots and Rawkus artist Company Flow, amongst others.

Krush has just kicked off a European tour which reached the UK on June 19 and after dates in Brighton, Manchester, Newcastle and a return to mainland Europe rounds up at the Essential Festival on London's Hackney Marshes on July 14.
