Is there nothing this ten million-selling, triple chart-topping star can't do?...

Rap kingpinDMX (real name EARL SIMMONS) is set to publish his autobiography 'DMX: A DOGZ LIFE' late in 2001.

The book, to be published by Harper Collins, will chronicle the ten million album-selling star's life, from his rough beginnings in New York's Yonkers housing project, through time in youth detention centres and stints in jail, to his position in the late 1990's as a hiphop star.

The book will also feature words to the original prayers he recites to himself everyday, alongside pages from private notebooks and other memorabilia. DMX will work on the book with veteran journalist Smokey D. Fontaine.

DMX saw his first three albums on Def Jam, 'It's Dark and Hell is Hot', 'Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood' and 'And Then There Was X' all enter the Billboard 200 in the US at number one.

The rapper is currently on tour with Limp Bizkit on the final leg of the Anger Management North American tour. He is set to release a new single 'Angels', early in 2001. He will also feature next to Steven Seagal in the upcoming film 'Exit Wounds' as well as taking a role in the fourth film in 'The Crow' series.
