Dolly Parton's '9 To 5' musical to close after just four months
Curtain will fall on Broadway show in September
‘9 To 5: The Musical’ is set to close on Broadway after just six months.
The musical’s score was written by Dolly Parton, who starred in the 1980 film of the same name alongside Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda.
It features Parton’s Oscar-nominated song '9 To 5', as well as a further 20 songs by the country legend written specifically for the show.
It will close on September 6 after 148 performances.
