Dr. Dre has strongly implied he will release his new album 'Detox' on April 20 - coinciding with National Weed Day in the US.
Producer Just Blaze uploaded a video to his Twitter account, Twitter.com/justblaze, in which the news was seemingly announced. Watch it by scrolling down and clicking below.
In the video Dre informed fans on the release status of 'Detox' by saying: "4/20 baby. 4/20, I'm coming!"
Although Dre, whose 1992 debut solo album was named 'The Chronic', suggested that "4/20" will be the release date for 'Detox', that day falls on a Wednesday. Traditionally albums in the US are released on Tuesday.
National Weed Day falls on April 20, with the term '420' referring to the number of chemicals used in marijuana.
In November 2010 Dr Dre said that 'Detox' will be his final album.
