A woman claiming to be Drake's ex-girlfriend has filed a lawsuit against the rapper seeking a co-writer credit for the 2011 song 'Marvin's Room'.

Ericka Lee filed the lawsuit yesterday (February 2) and claims that the pair had a romantic and a business relationship in 2010 and last year and that they had traded lyrics, poems and ideas during their relationship, reports Billboard.

Lee says that Drake allegedly agreed to split the profits from 'Marvin's Room' with her after she recorded the song's hook and opening monologue. Lee then states that the two broke up not long after the song's release and says that Drake reneged on his word and only offered her 2% of the royalties. She is now seeking damages and a co-writer credit.

Meanwhile Drake has been confirmed as the second headliner of this summer's Wireless Festival. The rapper, who released his second album 'Take Care' last year, will headline the festival's second night (July 7). He joins Rihanna as a headliner, with the 'Talk That Talk' singer set to close the festival on the following night (July 8). The headliner for the event's opening day (July 6) has yet to be announced.

See WirelessFestival.co.uk for more information about the festival.
