DRUGSTORE GO GLOBAL

Drugstore have parted company with ROADRUNNER RECORDS, but plan to return with a new single and live dates in the autumn.

Roadrunner released the group's most recent album 'White Magic For Lovers', in May 1998. The band have now signed to the independent Global Warming, and release a new single, 'I Want To Love You Like A Man' on September 7.

Drugstore will then embark on a full UK tour, before putting the finishing touches to their as-yet-untitled third album, which is expected in the new year.

In addition to the releases, the band are also confirmed to play a one-off date at London Camden Dingwalls on August 1, as part of a Global Warming showcase, which also features performances from Seafruit and Kournikova.
