HE'S 'ELECTRIC' AGAIN!
The song, originally a hit in 1983, is set to become one of the hottest tunes of the summer...
The bootleg remix of EDDY GRANT's 'ELECTRIC AVENUE' has been signed to WARNERS in a deal rumoured to be worth over £300,000.
The track was originally remixed in Los Angeles by producer Peter Black, before becoming one of the hottest tunes at this Miami Winter Music Conference. It has since been playlisted on both Radio 1 and Capitol FM in the UK.
Eddy Grant's 'Electric Avenue (Ringbang's Peter Black Mix)' will be released through east/west on May 28.
To preview the release, Warners will release a definitive, 16-track Greatest Hits collection on May 7.
