Editors' frontman Tom Smith and former Razorlight drummer Andy Burrows will play a one-off show together on December 12 at London Union Chapel.

The pair – who will go under the moniker of Smith and Burrows – have teamed up to record the festive 'Funny Looking Angels' album, which will be released on November 28.

Songs set to appear on the LP include covers of Yazoo's 'Only You' and The Longpigs' 'On and On', while Danish singer Agnes Obel will feature on the classic track 'The Christmas Song', which was most famously sung by Nat King Cole.

This will be the duo’s only UK show, but they will be playing a number of other European gigs during December.

Burrows, who quit Razorlight in 2009 a year after the release of their third album 'Slipway Fires', released his solo single 'If I Had A Heart' in October. The track was his first release under his own name rather than his I Am Arrows pseudonym.

Editors, meanwhile, released their career-spanning box set 'Editors: The Complete Collection' earlier this year and are currently working on the follow-up to 2009's 'In This Light And On This Evening'.
