Eels release free live EP online
The songs were recorded in Manchester in 2005
Eels have made a live EP featuring four live tracks available to download from the band's official website Eelstheband.com.
The four songs – 'Fresh Feeling', 'Packing Blankets', 'Jeannie's Diary' and 'Climbing To The Moon' – were recorded in Manchester in 2005.
The EP will be available to download until October 28 – the day the band release a three-LP edition of their 2005 album, 'Blinking Lights And Other Revelations'.
Exactly 2,500 copies of the limited-edition version of the album have been made. The album comes packaged with a hardback book of lyrics and photos and comes in a box signed by Eels man-man Mark 'E' Everett.
The album will come with a fourth LP featuring the full 17-song recording of the Manchester recording featured on the free four-track download EP.
