ELASTICA STATE THEIR INTENTIONS

ELASTICA, who released their new single Mad Dog last week, are on the brink of signing a record deal in AMERICA.

Reports this week that they had already signed a deal are premature, according to a band spokesperson.

They told nme.com that the band have been in talks with labels in the States, and said details should be confirmed in the near future, but nothing has as yet been finalised.

Elastica play The Other Stage at Glastonbury Festival on Saturday (June 24), and also appear at Glasgow Green Festival In The City on August 25, Carling Weekend Festivals at Reading on August 26 and Leeds on August 27.
