ELASTICA'S RADIO SONGS

The recently-disbanded group compile their Radio 1 sessions...

ELASTICA have confirmed details of an album of sessions recorded for BBC RADIO 1.

The album, 'Elastica - The Radio 1 Sessions', will be released on November 5 via Strange Fruit, and feature two hard to find tracks, 'In The City' and 'I Wanna Be A King Of Orient Aah'.

The rest of the record is comprised mainly of material from their eponymous Number One debut album from 1995, and its long-awaited follow-up, 2000's 'The Menace'.

The tracklisting for the album runs: 'Annie'
'Spastica'
'Line-up'
'Vaseline'
'Brighton Rock'
'In The City'
'Waking Up'
'Four Wheeling'
'Hold Me now'
'Ba Ba Ba'
'All For Gloria'
'I Wanna Be A King Of Orient Aah'
'Rock 'N' Roll'
'2:1'
'I Want You'
'Only Human'
'A Love Like Ours'
'KB'
'Da Da Da'
'Generator'
'Your Arse My Place'

Elastica split earlier this year, with vocalist Justine Frischmann telling NME.COM she intended to work on new material alone.

She said: "I'm actually hugely relieved, to be honest. I'm feeling much happier. I don't want to say I've got other projects, because it's such a cliche, but I have. It will be music, I'm not suddenly going to have an acting career."
