Elbow premiered new material at their Summer Sundae festival headline slot in Leicester last night (August 11).
The band unveiled two songs, as well as playing a host of favourites as they closed the first night of the three-day event.
The new tunes were the piano-led 'Good Day', and the Nick Cave-esque 'Brambles'.
The set also included old favourites such as 'Red', 'Forget Myself', 'Switching Off' and 'Any Day Now' .
Other bands who played on a rainy day in the Midlands were Delays and Richard Hawley.
The festival continues today with a headline slot from Gomez. Belle & Sebastian close the final night on Sunday (August 13).
