'The Bones Of You' is taken from the Manchester band's Nationwide Mercury Prize-nominated album 'The Seldom Seen Kid'.
The song contains elements of George Gershwin's jazz standard 'Summertime'.
Fans will be able to buy the single digitally from September 29.
