A tribute show dedicated to Elliott Smith has been cancelled.
The gig, which was due to take place on October 17, has been pulled after a series of acts cancelled at the last minute.
According to organisers: "Some of the acts which were to be announced, have pulled out and we've failed to find significant replacements. This fundraiser show is not currently planned to be re-scheduled. Refunds will be available shortly from point of purchase."
Smith died almost three years ago at the age of 34.
His body was discovered in a Los Angeles apartment with a single stab wound to the body.
Born in 1969, the singer-song writer loved music from an early age. He released five albums, the most critically acclaimed in the mid-90s, titled 'Either/Or' and 'XO'.
His most mainstream success however came when his song 'Miss Misery' from the film 'Good Will Hunting' was nominated for an Academy Award in 1997.
