THIS YEAR'S RE-MODEL

Three of the singer's LPs to hit shops again, featuring bags of new material...

Elvis Costello is to continue re-issuing some of his classic albums, with 1978's 'THIS YEAR'S MODEL', 1984's 'BLOOD & CHOCOLATE' and 1994's 'BRUTAL YOUTH' set to appear on March 4.

The albums, credited to Elvis Costello & The Attractions, will all come as two discs, the first with the actual album and the second featuring exclusive bonus material such as demos, live versions, non-album singles, b-sides and alternate takes. A 28-page booklet containing new liner notes from Elvis Costello will accompany the releases.

The first trio of re-releases saw 'My Aim Is True', 'Spike' and 'All This Useless Beauty' appear at the tail end of last year.

Elvis Costello's entire back catalogue will be revisited thematically in batches of three, from now until 2003.
