THE KING'S THINGS!
Items from Elvis Presley's GRACELAND home are to be taken on a tour of the USA to mark the 25th anniversary of his death.

Highlights of the Mobile Graceland Tour will include his US army jacket, stage outfits, a comb he used to style his 50's hair and a letter from President Nixon.

The tour will begin in Memphis, the home of Graceland, this week before moving to Philadelphia, Cleveland, Chicago, St Louis, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlantic City and Reno, Nevada, the BBC reports.

"We have more artefacts than we have the space or time to display at Graceland," said Jennifer Burgess, director of marketing for Elvis Presley Enterprises.

"It grew out of the desire to share the Elvis Presley experience with all those people who can't make it to Memphis for one reason or another."

Friday August 16 marks the 25th anniversary of Elvis Presley' death. He was just 42 when he suffered a heart attack brought and died in Graceland. The house has since become a shrine to Elvis Presley devotees.

A special exhibition will mark the anniversary in HMV's flagship store on London's Oxford Street. Sleeve covers from every one of his UK and US Number One singles will be displayed alongside a number of rare Elvis Presleyphotos.

The exhibition will run from Friday.
