Elvis and daugher in anniversary duet
The 30th anniversary of the King's death marked in style
The clip is to be posted on pinner.com to mark the 30th anniversary of Elvis’ death. He passed away from heart failure aged 42 on August 16, 1977.
Lisa Marie Presley told the BBC her voice was added to the original 1969 version of the hit song.
She said: "I've never cried when I've done anything, but I just lost it when I heard it.
"It's pretty organic. There are no bells and whistles - they just added me into the original recording."
The full interview will be published along with the video on Friday (August 17).
Proceeds from the new song and video will be used to help build temporary housing for the homeless in New Orleans, still suffering from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
