Eminem's mother has been sued by a man claiming that he is owed a share of the profits for her rapper son's biography.
Debbie Nelson is being sued by Neal Alpert in an Oakland County Circuit Court lawsuit filed yesterday (April 7).
Alpert alleges that they entered into a contract in 2005 in which he would be her agent and receive 25 percent of the gross profits, reports the Associated Press.
The lawsuit says that the biography 'My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem' has sold 100,000 copies since it was released last year in the UK.
Eminem's mother has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
The book is due to hit US shelves this week.
