Eminem has pledged support for US Democrat Presidential hopeful Barack Obama in the forthcoming US election.
The rapper told Zane Lowe on BBC Radio 1 that he would be voting for Obama next month, saying that the USA "needs something to change".
"I'll vote for Barack," he said. "I can't get too political because I don't know enough [about the candidates' policies].
"I mean, I know we are going into a recession. Pardon the cliché but we need something to change. I think Barack would be a breath of fresh air, to get in there and actually get what's left of the Bush administration out the door."
Eminem has revealed that his forthcoming new album will be named 'Relapse', and has been produced by Dr. Dre.
