Eminem has pulled out of the CARLING WEEKEND FESTIVALS.
A spokesperson for the troubled rapper confirmed this morning that the star is unable to leave the US prior to his scheduled court appearances later in the year.
A statement released by his record label, Polydor, simply reads: "Eminem has had to pull out of scheduled performances at Reading and Leeds later this month. Eminem does not have permission to leave the US due to forthcoming legal matters."
Eminem is facing charges relating to an incident in June this year, when a brawl involving himself and a man allegedly kissing the rapper's wife, Kim Mathers, got out of hand and the police were called, outside the Hot Rocks Cafi in Detroit.
Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a concealed weapon, charges to which he pleads not guilty.
