Eminem has confirmed that his forthcoming new album, 'Relapse', will be released in early 2009.
The rapper told MTV TRL that after a number of years spent working on the album, he and producer Dr. Dre just had to finalise the tracklisting for the album, which will be the rapper's first album of original material since 2004's 'Encore'.
"We're looking at first quarter next year [to release the album] which is probably, you know, January, February," he said. "Now we've just got to go through everything, pick the best ones and, you know, put it out."
The album is set to feature the song 'I'm Having A Relapse'.
