Eminem has spoken out about his controversial new single 'We Made You'.
As previously reported, the multi-million selling hip-hop artist mocks a number of celebrities throughout the song and its video.
The rapper digs at Amy Winehouse and her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil, as well as Jessica Simpson, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan on the track.
Now, in a a video obtained by MTV.com, Eminem has confirmed that he was hitting out at certain famous faces.
He said: "There's some celebrity bashing in it - I want to say it's not necessarily intentional bashing, it's not necessarily taking deliberate shots at people…Yes it is, what am I talking about?"
Eminem also joked that he was using the song, and his forthcoming album 'Relapse', to pull girls.
"Hot chicks who don't want me then I'm telling them they do," he explained. "It's kind of like a reverse psychology thing, and then I'm going to see if the record comes out and it works, you know what I mean, so we got to see."
