Eminem has seemingly cancelled the release of 'Relapse 2' – the mooted follow-up to last year's 'Relapse' album.

The rapper had been considering releasing 'Relapse 2', which he described as "definitely different" to 'Relapse', last December, as a standalone album. It was set to feature his long-time collaborators Dr Dre and 50 Cent.

However, now Eminem has seemingly ditched the project, writing on his official Twitter page, Twitter.com/eminem, "There is no 'Relapse 2'".

Eminem is set to play the T In The Park and Oxegen festivals later this year.
