Eminem to release new EP with Royce da 5'9"

Detroit pair hook up again for June release

Eminem is set to release a new EP with fellow Detroit rapper Royce da 5'9" on June 14 in the US.

The EP, currently untitled, will be released on Eminem's Shady Records label through Interscope, reports Prnewswire.com.

The duo, who together call themselves Bad Meets Evil, first collaborated on record on Marshall Mathers' 1999 major label debut album, 'The Slim Shady LP'. Up to the recording of this EP they hadn't worked together since then because of a feud.

Eminem said: "Royce and I started hanging out again and inevitably that led us back into the studio. At first we were just seeing where it went without any real goal in mind, but the songs started to come together crazy, so here we are."

D12's Mr Porter, Mobb Deep's Havoc, DJ Khalil and Bangladesh have been confirmed for production duties on the EP.
