Eminem is facing a $9 million (£5.7 million) lawsuit from a homeless man over the 'Born Of Fire' commercial he filmed for car company Chrysler.

A man named Stephen Lee Pieck, who lists his address as "homeless", filed the suit earlier this month at the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York.

Pieck claims that he was having dinner with Christina Aguilera and her then husband Jordan Bratman in the Legal Seafood restaurant in White Plains New York on September 9 2010 when Aguilera called Eminem. He then claims that Aguilera handed him the phone and that he then gave Eminem the idea for the 'Born Of Fire' commercial.

According to Allhiphop.com, Pieck writes in his lawsuit, which is handwritten: "I want the court to reward me a judgment in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did."

The 'Born Of Fire' commercial was debuted during the Super Bowl in 2011 and features Eminem's classic single 'Lose Yourself'. You can see the commercial at the bottom of the page.
