GERI HALLIWELL and former bandmate EMMA BUNTON are to go head-to-head at one of AUSTRALIA's largest pop festivals.

The Australian news network www.news.com.au reports that the stars will line-up alongside Craig David, Shaggy, Blue and Nelly Furtado in Melbourne (November 17) and the Sydney Stadium in Australia (November 24).

Speaking about the event, organiser Sean Pickwell said: "Both Emma (Bunton) and Geri (Halliwell) have just performed live shows in the UK and have come out of it pretty well. They have proven themselves as live performers."
