MINISTRY WITHOUT MORILLO

ERICK MORILLO's SUBLIMINAL imprint has terminated its three-year long residency at LONDON-based superclub MINISTRY OF SOUND.

The final Subliminal Session will take place on February 24, when Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero will be appearing.

Speaking to www.muzikweekly.com, Erick Morillo explained the reasons for the departure. He said: "I think we've taken the residency as far as we can and it's been great fun. I'd like to thank everyone for making this the best night at Ministry - and just wait till you find out what we've got coming this summer!"

Regional residencies are now set to continue via Newcastle's Shindig (monthly), Birmingham's Code (bi-monthly) and Middlesbrough's Sugar Shack (bi-monthly).

As previously reported on NME.COM, the annual Subliminal Sessions party in Miami will be held on Monday, March 26, where Subliminal will join forces with Darren Emerson's Underwater Records, Muzik and Rapture TV. Erick Morillo, Armand Van Helden, Harry 'Choo Choo' Romero, Sandy Rivera and Richard F will be playing Room 1, while Room 2 will see Darren Emerson, Norman Cook, Layo & Bushwacka! and Yousef man the decks.
