Ethan Johns has announced the release of his second album, 'The Reckoning', which has been produced by Ryan Adams.

The LP follows Johns' debut solo album, 'If Not Now, Then When?', which was released in 2012. Johns is best known as a producer himself, having worked on albums by Kings Of Leon, The Vaccines and Laura Marling before embarking on a career as a solo artist. 'The Reckoning' was recorded at Adams' Pax-Am studios in Los Angeles and is set for release on June 2.

Johns will be playing a string of live shows in UK in the run-up to the release of the record.
