Everything Everything have appealed to fans to help find their missing cat.

Taking to the band's Twitter account, they offered free gig tickets for life to anyone who locates their missing pet, which disappeared around the Mauldeth Road and Fallowfield area of their native Manchester.

"My cat is missing! I'll give you free tickets to our gigs for life if u find her. Mauldeth rd/Fallowfield area," they wrote on Twitter along with a picture of the missing moggie, which you can see above.

Everything Everything, whose second album 'Arc' became a top five hit in the UK Official Albums Charts, recently said that bands like themselves and Alt-J reflected a sea-change in British music. "Five years ago, you wouldn't have had a band like Alt-J or us all over radio," Bassist Jeremy Pritchard said. "There’s been a sea change at Radio 1, for instance, that reflects the new epoch in music. It’s made by people who grew up on Radiohead and slightly more esoteric stuff than the last wave of British indie music, which was quite knuckleheaded."

Everything Everything have just finished up a UK tour, which included a NME Awards Show date.
