Example set to edge out record-breaking Adele in the UK album chart
Pixie Lott is also heading for the top of the Singles Chart with 'All About Tonight'
The singer's new album is set to edge out Adele's '21', which broke chart records earlier this week after it became the first album to sell more than three million copies in the UK alone in a single calendar year.
Red Hot Chili Peppers look set to fall to Number Four with their new album 'I'm With You', which debuted in the top spot last week, while The Beatles' remastered version of '1' is presently set to enter at Number Seven.
The lower reaches of the Top 10 have a vintage feel, with Doris Day's new album 'My Heart' presently at Number Nine and Chris Rea's new record 'Santo Spirito Blues' on to start its life in the chart at Number 10.
In the singles race meanwhile, Pixie Lott is set to edge out The Saturdays and take the top spot. The singer's new track 'All About Tonight' is currently outselling the girl band's latest single 'All Fired Up' in the battle for the top spot, with last week's Number One, Example's 'Stay Awake', set to fall to Number Five.
Leona Lewis is also set to debut in the Top Five, with her new single 'Collide' at Number Four and Maroon 5's duet with Christina Aguilera down one to Number Three.
Snow Patrol's comeback single 'Called Out In The Dark' is currently on to debut just outside the Top 10 at Number 11.
