Example, Enter Shikari and Santigold have been added to the line-up for BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend event.

Other names to be added to the bill for the huge outdoor festival, which will take place on London's Hackney Marshes on June 23–24 to celebrate the 2012 Olympic Games, include Lostprophets, B.o.B, Ben Howard and Delilah.

Jay-Z has been confirmed as the headliner for the event's opening day (June 23), while the likes of Florence And The Machine, Plan B, Jack White, Lana Del Rey and Bombay Bicycle Club will also play at the bash.

BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend will act as the station's annual One Big Weekend festival. Last year's event was held in Carlisle. The majority of the tickets for the event, which will all be free, will be given to residents of Hackney and the surrounding London boroughs.
