Example previews his new rock album with single 'Say Nothing' – listen Example Tickets

Elliot Gleave showcases the first taste of his as yet untitled fourth album

Example has previewed his new 'rock' album with its lead-off single 'Say Nothing'. Click at the top of the page to hear the track.

The track is the first to be taken from Example's as yet untitled fourth album, which is due for release later this year. The rapper, whose real name is Elliot Gleave, recently revealed that 'Say Nothing' and 'Perfect Replacement' will receive their live debuts when he performs at V Festival on August 18 and 19.

'Say Nothing' has been produced by Dirty South, who previously worked with the rapper on the track 'Anything' from his last album. The single will feature remixes from Roska, TC, Burns, Foamo and Hardwell.

The track will be the lead single from Example's upcoming fourth album. Discussing the record in May, the rapper said: "It's going to be a rock album but produced electronically - every track's got huge guitar riffs. I'm pretty much singing and trying to do impressions of Pearl Jam and Foo Fighters."

Example released his last album, 'Playing In The Shadows', in September 2011. It debuted at Number One on the UK albums chart and featured the chart-topping singles 'Changed The Way You Kissed Me' and 'Stay Awake'.
