Emo punkers choose ‘Latin’ flavour
Fall Out Boy have been playing secret shows under the pseudonym Saved Latin, it has been revealed.
The emo rockers will next perform under the name at New York’s Knitting Factory this Friday (March 4), MTV news reports.
The origins of the name come from the Wes Anderson film ‘Rushmore’.
Jason Schwartzman’s character in the film says: “I saved Latin, what did you ever do?”.
As previously reported, the band will undertake a UK tour in May.
