Fall Out Boy get political at US Live Earth

And Pete Wentz discusses plans for new video

Fall Out Boy get political at US Live Earth

Fall Out Boy had a short but simple message for US President George W. Bush at a press conference this afternoon at Giants Stadium.

‘He should have signed the Kyoto Treaty. That’s all’ said singer Patrick Stump when asked if they had a message for the president.

The band are more concerned with the future government than the existing administration.

‘I think once someone is in office what you say now doesn’t matter, its what you say to the next administration that matters” said Stump.

They also revealed their next video will be shot in Uganda, to bring awareness to the plight of child soldiers in the troubled nation.

“We figure people always want to take pictures of us” said Pete Wentz “ and no one wants to take pictures of these kids, so we’re going to take cameras out there and do it ourselves”.
