The couple have named their child Bronx

Singer Ashlee Simpson has given birth to a baby boy, which she and her husband, Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz, have named Bronx Mowgli.

According to People magazine the baby was born last night (November 21), weighs 7lbs 11oz (3.5kg) and was 20.5 inches long.

A spokesperson for the pair said, "Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!"

some body give them an effin' break! geeze! everyone else can name their kid whatever the hell they want and 9 times out of 10 no ones gonna rag on you! so come on grow up its none of your business what they name their kid! personally, i think its original!
