Feeder in motorway crash drama
Bus explodes on M62
The crew on Welsh rockers Feeder's UK tour escaped with their lives after their bus crashed and then exploded on the M62 motorway last night (October 24).
The band had played a gig at Glasgow Barrowlands that evening, and the crew were enroute to their next destination of Lincoln, where they play the Engine Shed tomorrow (October 26), when the accident happened. The motorway was closed following the incident.
The band were travelling on a separate bus.
A band spokesperson said "Everybody is safe. But all the merchandising and catering is destroyed.
"All the crew were left in their pants - JD Sports kindly dressed them all today."
The spokesperson also confirmed thst the UK tour, whioh stretches into November, will continue unaffected.
