All Tomorrow's Parties asks fans to decide line-up

The All Tomorrow’s Parties festival is to offer fans the chance to curate its May 2007 weekend.

Every person buying a ticket to ‘ATP vs. The Fans’ will be asked to provide their Top Ten choice of bands to play the festival.

Groups already confirmed for the festival include Sparklehorse and Echo And The Bunnymen.

Any band can be placed in ticket holders’ top tens, but the organisers have suggested only bands that are still in existence should be voted for. They also advised against choosing bands such as The Rolling Stones, due to the high fee they would be likely to charge.

The event will take place from May 18-20 at Butlins Holiday Resort in Minehead, Somerset.
