Green Man festival details announced

The event is set to return in August 2006

The Green Man Festival has confirmed details for the 2006 bash.

The alternative festival, which featured the likes of Bonnie Prince Billy and The Earlies in 2005, will return for its fourth year next August.

To be held at in Powys, Wales, the festival run between August 18 and 20 – the yet to be announced site will be open to punters from 12pm on August 17.

Along with a full set of bands that will be announced shortly, the festival will feature a bigger film and literature content next year, while DJs will be playing into the night after the live acts finish.

Ticket details are yet to be confirmed, but will go on sale when the headliners are announced early next year.
