The Coral confirm Glastonbury appearance

Plus it looks like another big-name act is playing twice

The Coral confirm Glastonbury appearance

The Coral are the latest band to confirm an appearance at this summer’s Glastonbury Festival.

And Amy Winehouse is strongly rumoured to be following in the footsteps of The View and making two appearances at this year’s bash.

The Coral, who will release the follow-up to 2005’s ‘The Invisible Invasion’ later this year, have confirmed they will play Glastonbury’s Other Stage on the first day of the bash (June 22).

Amy Winehouse will reportedly play the Pyramid Stage and the Jazzworld Stage on the same day.

Other bands to have recently confirmed they will be performing include The Cribs, The Automatic, The Go! Team and The Pipettes.

They join the already confirmed headliners The Killers, Arctic Monkeys and The Who at the sold-out Worthy Farm bash, which takes place from June 22-24.
