Fans told to get to T In The Park early
New security measures mean you should leave extra time
T In The Park organisers have told fans heading to the festival this weekend (July 6-8) to leave extra time to travel to the event.
Following last week’s (June 30) terrorist attacks at Glasgow Airport, new security measures have been put in place which may mean it might take longer for fans to get in.
"We have taken into account recent events and have reviewed all of our practices and realigned these where appropriate to ensure that safety is paramount as always," explained the organisers.
They added: "These increased security measures could result in some delays when arriving at the event, particularly at the car parks and entrances and we would ask all the fans to be patient and bear with us, We would ask all fans to be patient and to bear with us."
