If he's headlining Roskilde festival and O2 wireless why does he have to headline Glastonbury!? :(

Well Roskilde is in Denmark for starters, that hardly an easy alternative for British festival goers is it? Secondly, the fact that he's headlining Roskilde shows that it's not a Glasto only so-called 'mistake'. He's capable of headlining the biggest festivals worldwide. Thirdly, so what if he's headlining O2 Fest as well? Others have done it before so why bring this point up against Jay Z? Finally, I take it you'd rather have one of the same big name indie bands headlining AGAIN? Boring.Stick to your guns Eavis (and no gun related rap references please, no pun was intended).

I wish everyone would shut the fuck about Jay Z headling Glasto. If you dont like him dont go and if you still want to go then see another act when hes on, theres is enough of them. For fucks sake its up to Eavis. You dont go to a BBQ and tell the host they are playing shit music and to turn it off. If you did they'd say get the fuck outa here!

I think people are missing the point a bit. OK, I'd prefer someone else to headline Glasto & Roskilde, but on the other hand... If you're going just because a particular band is headlining, you might miss all the really cool up-and-coming bands... Go there, have a great time, or stay at home and buy tickets for individual bands. Sounds simple, right?
